Calling all Bariatric Patients!...

CVLS is now making appointments for inactive patients. 

“Inactive” simply means you are no longer seeing Dr. McKernan on a regular basis for any type of procedure.  INACTIVE visits are scheduled with the Bariatric Program Assistant.

Inactive visits are no cost to you and will not be filed with your insurance.

Inactive visits include:

         weight  check                                                          Vital  signs

                                                                       Measurements                                   

                               Pictures                  Refresher Information about your surgery
