SUPPORT YOURSELF

Support Group Meeting Day Changed to first Monday of each month (if holiday, 2nd Monday) @ 6:30 -- 7:00 PM!

 

The next Support Group meeting will be on June 4, 2007 @ 6:30 PM.  This Support Group is there for YOU!  It's so important to have a place to go for support when you need it and to share information about what is working for you with others who can benefit from your experience.

Support is an important part of your long-term success.  Staying connected is part of staying committed!

Tapp your way to Inch-loss Monday nights!

Did you know there is a wonderful, effective and time-efficient workout that you can do in just 15 minutes a day?  Sound too good to be true?  Come experience it for yourself.

If you haven't come to our Monday night T-Tapp class yet, how about staying after the support group meeting on June 4.  Renee will be doing a beginning T-Tapp class right after support group from 7:00-7:30 PM.

Our T-Tapp class is on Monday nights @ 6:45 PM and 7:00 PM on Support Group nights.  Thanks to Northside Cherokee Hospital, there is no charge for the class.

T-Tapp is done:

  • In 40 minutes or less!
  • Uses no equipment
  • Is totally non-impact, yet will give you an aerobic workout without any pain in your joints!
  • Is very rehabilitative for painful knees, lower back, shoulders and neck!
  • Helps you burn belly fat!
