T-Tapp looks like a combination of yoga, pilates, and martial arts. It is a series of moves you do standing up that teach you how to put your body into correct alignment and work your body as a whole. It is a completely different way of moving and...it works!
We invite you to come try a T-Tapp class at my studio in Roswell. It is just a few miles west on Hwy 92 from Dr. McKernan's office. We hold a class every Monday evening at 6:30 PM for you to experience of T-Tapp.
