The Center's focus is the care and treatment of the patient. We at The Center for Videoscopic and Laser Surgery realize that the care our patients receive will only be as good as the people we employ. So, we only employ the best. Our average length of employment is 10 years.

The Center's office manager is Wanda Anderson who has been with Dr. McKernan since 1984. Wanda shares Dr. McKernan's commitment to the patient's care, and works diligently to ensure that their collective quality standards are exceeded.

Marcina and Kelly handle the scheduling and flow of patients through the Center from the moment a patient walks through the door until the follow-up visits to the Center after surgery. Thus making a potentially inconvenient process a little more familiar and more tolerable for our patients.

Kelly triages incoming phone calls, and handles insurance concerns. If Dr. McKernan orders a procedure for a patient, you can count on Kelly to do everything within her power to get it pre-certified.
